And um, it was alright.
The idea was ingenious. I loved the concept of having chobits and stuff, and some scenes captured the theme that encompassed the anime very well. There are ethical questions surrounding the idea about human-like robots, and I think the story in general was a good idea and the idea for the anime was very interesting and fun to think about. I think it was poorly executed though. There were some amazing parts, but there were also some parts that were perverted and just there for... fan service I guess.

Also, I didn't like the male lead and I thought he was really stupid and so yeah, I think the romance in chobits was pointless.

It was alright though.

Because there are vampires. That's how it's like it LOL.
People suggested Karin to me as well because I liked VK, and ... the only thing that they had in common w/ VK was the fact that there were vampires LOL. Yeah, the anime was really perverted and gross. I stopped after 1 ep. -___-;

To give my graphics the awesome colors, I first overlay/soft light gradients of different colors and shades to shade the picture and then add a curve layer to change the picture to a color I want without making it ugly with hue/saturation

Not sure how to use curve layers *I'm a noob* but I'm pretty sure you probably can. (Is that why the coloring of your works is fricktastic?) That's one of the options I didn't know what it did probably lololol.

GIMP often crashes when you try to open it. Either just leave it for a couple minutes or try opening it again. I dunno why it always crashes, it's irritating.

Can you edit the color of the image and stuff? Not hue/saturation but adding curve layers? (those are the only reason my stuff actually looks good rofl)
and LOLOL YES that's exactly what photoshop is like.
And nah. Last time I had it I had to wait like 5 minutes for it to start up and it would usually always crash. I'll just use PS for now.

Haha I don't know, I think photoshop may be faster somehow and the editing looks better. IDK man. Photoshop is considered to be better but GIMP is pretty awesome and can do pretty much everything photoshop can do. Quite a few people on this site use it.

You should try it sometime. I find the layout pretty easy to use and it's pretty straightforward...minus the fact that IDKWTF half the options in it do but that's the same for Photoshop I'm sure haha.

Haha no, you can outline and use gradients and render and everything else. I haven't used photoshop, but it seems pretty similar. It's often compared to photoshop.

If you can use photoshop, I'm sure GIMP wouldn't be that hard to learn.
